Since 2012, Lynn has been a trusted strategic advisor, thought partner and collaborator across a broad spectrum of over 100 nonprofits and other social purpose organizations.
This experience includes working as a Senior Coach/Facilitator with Innoweave, under the McConnell Foundation, delivering and continuously improving Innoweave programs (Impact & Strategic Clarity, Collective Impact, Impact Measurement), and training and mentoring new coaches.
Coupled with a 16-year progressive career in senior leadership roles with GE, a Fortune Top 10 company, Lynn has guided teams and organizations toward focused, accountable results. She led national corporate change initiatives, including Six Sigma, cross-selling, volunteering, and award-winning integrations of acquisitions. She consulted in CSR, co-founded a social enterprise B Corp Social Impact Advisors, delivering nonprofit strategy consulting and hosting the Impact Conversations podcast. For a decade, as an Adjunct Professor she taught and mentored 400 future change-makers through an experiential Strategic Philanthropy course at McMaster.
Lynn leads Fergusson Consulting, collaborating with client teams across the country to clarify missions, drive change, and deliver social impact. She leads social purpose organizations to create breakthrough social change, for good. Her specialty is working with bold organizations, ready to focus on making a significant impact.
A long-time volunteer, she’s actively engaged in her community in Burlington, Ontario.
